The process
1. Free discovery call (30 minutes) We meet online to get to know each other. You share your situation and needs. I explain how Gestalt therapy works and how I can support you.
2. Set your intentions What do you hope to achieve? What does "home" mean to you? We clarify the path you want to take.
3. Regular sessions (50 minutes) We work together online at your pace, typically every two weeks.
4. Notice the changes From the first sessions, you'll begin to feel shifts: more clarity, less anxiety, greater self-acceptance.
5. Move toward an aligned life Step by step, you'll journey toward a life of clarity, confidence, and authentic joy.

Very normal. Many expats feel guilty for struggling when they "chose" expatriation. But choosing something doesn't make it easy. Expatriation involves real losses and challenges that deserve acknowledgment and support. You're not ungrateful - you're human.
