Type de Thématique:
Support for expats, repats, immigrants, and multicultural families
Do you sometimes feel like you’re living between different worlds - never fully belonging anywhere? Expatriation, repatriation, immigration, mixed families… these experiences are rich and full of discovery, but they can also leave you feeling unsettled, lonely, lost or torn between cultures. Perhaps you ask yourself: Who am I now? Where do I truly belong?
I know these questions intimately - I have lived 25 years abroad in 7 different countries. I know the richness of multicultural identities and understand the confusion and sense of uprooting that it can also create. Together, we can make sense of these experiences, so you can find grounding, connection, and a feeling of inner wholeness.
Psychotherapy can help make sense of cultural transitions, heal the confusion of uprooting, and embrace the richness of your multicultural journey. It helps you find home within yourself - so you can live with clarity, confidence, and joy.
The beginning of the rest of your life:
Feel at home within yourself. Feel that you belong. No matter where you are, you’ll find stability inside. This inner ground gives you calm and strength.
Reclaim your true identity. Strengthen a solid identity that travels with you wherever you go. Instead of feeling split between cultures, you’ll celebrate them and weave them together into a unique, solid sense of self.
Free yourself from constant adaptation. No more pressure to “fit in.” You’ll learn to live authentically without hiding or shrinking parts of yourself.
Draw strength from your journey. Your experiences across borders hold wisdom. By embracing them, you’ll gain resilience, clarity, and confidence.
Make aligned choices. Instead of being pulled by expectations, you’ll choose what truly matters to you. That brings peace and joy.
Bring harmony to your family. Mixed cultural backgrounds can create difficulties. You’ll learn how to build understanding and connection at home.
Transform challenges into growth. Transitions will no longer feel like losses, but like steps toward strength, depth, and new possibilities.
